If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item (or items) in original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund on receipt or exchange the item for a different size and/or colour if preferred.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. You are responsible for postage costs of any returned items.
All products returned under complaint must be clean and dry (Health & Safety Act). A copy of the sales invoice must be included. We will replace any defective item with an identical one whenever possible. If the item you bought is obsolete or non-replaceable you will be offered an exchange option or a refund. In order to keep costs down for all customers we will not refund postage costs unless the products are found to be faulty or supplied incorrectly. Where possible, the original packaging should be used, small items must be securely packed. Sport Horse Supplies is not responsible for returned goods lost or damaged in transit and reserves the right to charge a nominal fee for returned goods damaged due to improper packing on return.
Faulty or Wrong Item
If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please call 07764 922 516 and give details of the product and the reason for return. Please state whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
Distance Selling Regulations
Under the UK’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased, for a full refund. Order cancellations must be made in writing, within 7 days of delivery of your item(s), and can be sent by email to Sport Horse Supplies.
